I have designed better low profile armrests for the IKEA Markus Desk Chair.
I recommend using a lot of perimeters to make them as sturdy as possible. If you can, use Carbon Fiber filament. The second best choice is PETG.
To print the armrests your printer needs at least a 220 x 220 mm buildplate.
Print Settings
- Filament: PETG better Carbon Fiber Filament - https://geni.us/FavFilament
- Print Temp: 245 °C
- Bed Temp 70°C
- Perimeters: 6
- Layer Height 0.6 mm
- Supports: Not needed!
- Infill: 33%
I am printing with a Creality CR-6 SE & Ender 3 V2

so... you're getting carbon fibre in your elbows?
The dimensions are 214.55 x 223 x 50 mm. Unfortunately too big for the 220x220 build plate of an Artillery Hornet.
The Idea is good.
