I created slide-on ties for an O gauge railroad and wanted a better way to press them in place onto the rails. The press is just a fork positioned around the middle rail. I have a video coming soon that demonstrates it.

Hello thank you for sharing this, any chance you can add a bit more information to this. I figured out that you are using this tool for making or repairing scale train rails but the picture is blurry, and I happen to have had scale train replicas. thank you again.
