Assembly Note Pieces are designed as a tight fit between parts. Slight pressure may be required to snap together. Two versions of the ear part and base are included. One base has larger fit tolerances for printers that have less accuracy. The ear part has two version depending on print orientation. Pieces can be scaled up without a problem. Scaling down will require some adjustments with the fit tolerances. Please reach out if you need assistance.

Print tolerances vary by printer. The settings used in this print were in Bambu Studio, and printed on a Bambu X1C using a 0.4 nozzle printed at 0.20mm Standard settings. Filament used was PLA and PLA+. Plate used was Bambu Textured PEI Plate.
Recommended Print Settings:
- Supports – YES but minimal
- Support Type - TREE SLIM
- Supports on Build Plate Only
- Threshold Angle - 30 degrees
- Remove Small Overhangs - NO
- Brim – NO – unless you have adhesion issues
- Top Z-Distance - .28
- Bottom Z-Distance - .28
- Layer Height – 0.2mm or smaller
- Nozzle Size – 0.4 or smaller
- Infill – 15% or more if you would like stronger lines
- Wall Loops – 2 or 3
- Ironing – Optional for top surfaces
