Great photos! Thanks so much for posting!
I would like to laser cut small wooden lids. I have the dimensions of the trays. Would you mind telling me what the corner radius is? Then I don't have to experiment so much. Thank you very much!
Feedback: I'm having a bit of trouble with the support. The bottom edges of the tins don't look so good. I have therefore cut the trays and will glue the two parts together later.
Hi, the outer corner radius is 41.50mm and the inner corner is 37.50mm. Thanks for the feedback! I might try updating these trays with a version that doesn't require supports.
That's cool! Could you add the dimensions? I think these would be useful trays for Lego builders too.
Hi! thanks for the feedback! here are the dimensions for the trays: Large Tray: 203mm x 203mm x 29mm Medium Tray: 203mm x 101mm x 29mm Small Tray: 101mm x 101mm x 29mm
I've updated the listing with the dimensions as well.
When i upload to creality slicer, the curved edges are low resolution.
Me too
Hi, I think that may be due to how the file is converted when downloaded. I recommend downloading the STEP file version rather than the STL. The STEP file version should have smooth curves.
I tried the step file and even then, the curves are not smooth. It only gets better if I use 0.08 layer height, but that makes the production time very long and it is not worth it.
I've added high-resolution STL versions to this listing. Could you try downloading them and see if that resolves the issue?
If that doesn't help, could you send me a photo of the issue to studioloup3d@gmail.com
Thanks
