Beware, designed without glue in mind - Printed parts have a tight fit that requires some strength at the assembly ( push-Twisting & hammering)

If you would like an easier assembly feel free to scale it up to 101%

Requires : - 3 pieces of wood - 33cm Length with flat 90 degrees cuts

- 1 Kilogram of filament for the 2 prints -50g of TPU for the 3 rubber feet

Designed for 28mm diameter circular wood. ( mine were varying in the 28-28.4 mm range)

Begin the assembly by inserting 1 wooden piece through both printed parts aand progressivly adding the other wooden parts.

The Tpu parts are designed angled to compensate the flat end of the wood, they mount easily using 1 small wooden screw.

Used print profile attatched. I managed to print it below 1kg of used filament

Printed with a 0.6mm nozzle, 0.2 layer height 3/4 perimeters 8-15% gyroid infill
