Print in place dust cap, two different types depending on material used

PLA: print the open one, so you can attach it easier - I've printed it in a couple of different brands, some seemed too brittle and I only got a few bends out of it, maybe petg is a better choice. TPU: Preferred material, use the closed one as TPU is naturally stretchy - I used 85a, it was fine.
