Baby Highland Cow Drinking Cup – 3D Printed Cow with Stainless Steel Liner

Important DIY & Material Notes If you intend to use this cup for hot beverages, print the outer model in PETG only. PLA is not recommended for hot liquids due to heat sensitivity.

For assembly, I used Gorilla Clear Epoxy to permanently bond the stainless steel cup to the printed model. Before gluing, lightly roughen the bonding surface with 120-grit sandpaper to ensure proper adhesion.

The exterior was hand painted and sealed with two thin coats of Crafty Resin 1:1. After curing, the surface was lightly sanded without pressure to achieve a matte finish. The two sealed coats do not affect water resistance, and the cup remains suitable for normal use.
