This mod converts the Creality Ender 7 to direct drive extrusion using the following main components:

• Sherpa Mini or Sherpa Micro Extruder
• E3D Volcano hotend or clone (with the top of the heat break cut off)
• BLTouch
• 24v 5020 blower fan
• 24v 30mm fan
• CNC Kitchen M3 threaded inserts

Reused parts:

• Filament switch
• X/Y endstop switches

I recommend printing these parts in a temperature resistant material like ASA, PC or Nylon.
