CactiKeys
This cactus blooms when it holds your keys! Designed after the Ball cactus which is famous for its large flower on top.
ForgeCore and I have been working on this one for a while and we're happy to finally release it! It uses my Quilted Planter (download the version for real plants here) and a clever mechanism that makes the flower bloom when you attach your keys.
How to use? The planter slots into the mount on the wall. A hook or magnet is used to hold your keys. When you place your keys under the pot, the weight of the keys raises the flower inside the cactus causing it to bloom!
But How does it work? The petals are made of print-in-place hinges. So once they petals are lifted up past the top of the cactus, they fold open and "bloom"
The petals are lifted by an internal gear mechanism, that translates the linear motion of the keys being lowered, into an upward motion that lifts the flower.
Required components:
Fidget Spinner Bearing: 22 mm x 8 mm bearings
Magnets (optional): 5 x 3 mm magnet
AA Battery (optional): No need to list it here, as I'm sure you can find one lying around. This battery is only needed if you have a heavier key ring to provide a counter-weight.
Filament I used: Cactus Green: Eryone Matte Olive PLA Pot Light Brown & Spines: Overture Matte Light Brown Dirt Dark Brown: Overture Matte Chocolate Flower Pink: Bambu Lab Matte Sakura Pink

I am also having trouble getting the flower to print on H2C. Spaghetti in first 20 minutes, I've cleaned the build plate good, not sure what to do to get it to stick better.
I'm struggling to print the flower part. I use Bambu Lab P2S with Matte PLA filament. everytime one or two of the patel of the flower will get loose mid of the print and fail the whole thing. I've tried using glue and upper the temperature and use support, but still failing, are there any other tricks I can try
