#Gridfinity slim Paint Shelf
This is a remix of the Gridfinity Paint Shelf by bigbrisco who graciously shared the Fusion 360 file for his original design.
With the built-in Gridfinity ability to build a tiered shelf, I found both the need for a large stepped paint shelf and the height of the original model excessive. I wanted to print a 1x4 paint shelf (4x being the max that fits on my 220mm print bed) that prints quickly with a minimal amount of material. I may go through and slim this down further...
(Currently looking into standardized riser heights, so I'll probably update this file shortly)
I've attached a photo showing which paints I own fit in the holes, arranged from tight in the left to loose on the right, and don't fits standing in the back looking on in envy.

(Somehow I don't see a button to reply to your comment specifically, so I hope this works, too)
I don't have AP paint bottle, so can't measure them, however my bottles of the listed brands all have 24.1 - 24.3 mm diameters, Scale75+AK are 76mm tall, Vallejo 78.
Rim wall could work, I'm neither an expert nor sure though. There is a bit of room next to the holes, if going for the wall, maybe some simple boxjoints could work to make that part of the print optional to save time/material.
Since the bottles are plastic, maybe some slightly undersized holes and a compression fit could also work. Or instead of having the bottles upright, have them slanted at 30-40 degrees (whatever makes it fit best in a multiple of gridfinity's height) and a wall to make em stackable.
Good design for efficient use of space, sadly does not work for me in a drawer since the walls are too low/holes not deep enough the bottles fall over even without slamming shut the drawer.
Tested with paints from Vallejo, AK and Scale75.
Good to know. I don't think I would want to make them any taller, because I really wanted to reduce print time. The original model from @bigbrisco https://thangs.com/designer/bigbrisco/3d-model/%23Gridfinity%20Paint%20Shelf-62255 wasn't any deeper. I might want to create a couple diameter variations, but personally I like to group my paints by color rather than maker.. Those other bottles about the same diameter as Army Painter? Do you think a rim-wall around the outside would be sufficient to keep them upright?
