The helmet features:
- Assembled, casting, and solid versions
- Pre-separated interlocking parts for easier printing. The dome has been pre-cut into 3 sections with printable keys to help with alignment.
- Sizing slice at head opening to help scale. Default scaled to fit 24.5" circumference heads
- Bambu Studio project and gcode files to get started printing faster!
- Bubble lens vacuum forming buck or flat visor cutout template (could go either way honestly but bubble lenses are a little more accurate.
- Pre-cut parts for smaller printers
- Lens Stand-Ins if you want to print them in clear resin instead of vacuum forming

I'm not really sure what I'm doing wrong. Printing in petg on a P1S. The eye sockets fit into the face perfectly, but the keys to put the parts of the helmet together will not fit into the holes completely.
