• Print the base, screw, and nut-contact parts in PETG
• Use higher walls and infill for increased strength
• Not tested in PLA

🔧 Usage Notes

• Works great with walnuts and hazelnuts (not tested with almonds)
• Close the opening with your hand while tightening to prevent shell fragments from popping out
• If a nut doesn’t crack, rotate it and try again — some shells have stronger spots

After several uses, the insert at the bottom of the screw may loosen. If it falls out on its own, add a drop of glue to secure it, or make a new one.

⚠️ Important

This is a 3D-printed tool. While functional, it won’t match the durability of metal or injection-molded nutcrackers. Treat it with care and print it strong for the best experience. A playful and useful kitchen helper that brings a maker’s touch to cracking nuts!
