Obtain cheap sunglasses with round 48mm lenses to use. Connect the arm hinge and sunglasses frame hinge using standard 1.75mm filament! The prototype above is printed on a Kobra3 in PETG using a holographic smooth build plate. Simply gently press the lenses into the frames using a soft cloth using your finger nail to push the edge into the frames in a circular direction. These are functional and stay on the face pretty well even when looking down. These are great for Cosplay as well. You will need to print using a multi-color printer and color in slicer for full effect.You may also need to clear the openings to the hinges.
