Filament changes to achieve the desired result. Printed with .2mm layers. Can be scaled up for a plaque, I would keep Z at 7mm even for a plaque. I used .3mm width top layer and ironed the topmost surface.
Black till 5.6 Yellow 5.8 - 6.2 White 6.4 - 7
Printed with generic white, PolyTerra charcoal black and HobbyKing yellow. PolyTerra recommended, it covers wells.
The yellow looks weak in the picture, I adjusted the depth of the yellow in the model post print.
