Filaments I use! Not an exhaustive list but if I remember, it'll be here! Amazon Affiliate links!
3D PRINTING SETTINGS
FDM Settings 3 walls 10-25% infill No supports Try brims if you have adhesion issues. Models tested between 60-100% generally
Resin Settings No supports, flat on plate 50 um layer thickness Light off delay can be helpful to let resin drip from links.
Proper bottom exposure tuning is recommended. Models, particularly in clear resins, can suffer from overexposure and fused links. The Ameralabs Town testing is highly recommended to tune your settings as to get proper articulated prints! Exposure varies greatly between resins, printers, and environments.

What layer height did you use? I tried printing at 0.12mm and the icing on the side didn't look great and the chin was looking a bit rough. I switched to 0.08 and it looks much better.
I reocmmend printing at 0.2, all my models are made with that layer height in mind!
What filament do you use for the cookie base?
You can see all the filaments I use on my Amazon page https://www.amazon.com/shop/cinderwing3d
Thank you!
What is the smallest this could be called down to? 50%?
All my models get tested between 60-100% anything outside of that will depend on your printer and settings
