Inspired by the Revo style Nozzle design by E3D and by my original V6 nozzle lamp design, this model allows you to mount a revo style hotend to your wall as a decor piece for your printer room/ maker space! Go a step further and install a LED rope to the nozzle tip for a revo nozzle DIY LED lamp! Print the tubing clamp model to guide the rope into a custom shape as shown in the images below!

Model is printed in 4 pieces: Nozzle tip, throat, threads and the end cap. All are assembled together with friction fit, but if you are struggling with the fit, adjust your tolerance by +/-1% There is a cutout in the throat section piece for you to guide led wires through to access your power supply!See image below for diagram of how parts go together.

Print Settings (For all parts) Infill: 20-25% Perimeters: 2-3 Layer height: 0.2mm minimum

For Threads, Throat and End Cap Supports recommended for the cylindrical cutouts in the throat, threads, and end cap pieces as the flat surface will lay on the print bed.

For Nozzle tip (If printing on a single tool machine) Supports for the nozzle tip are only needed around the rounded fillet surface that sits adjacent to the flat surface that connects to the throat. Nozzle tip sits flat on the bed, with the tip of the nozzle facing upward so you can do a color swap for the silicone sock section.

(if printing with a multi-tool/AMS printer) If printing on a AMS style machine, you can print the nozzle tip with the large flat surface face down on the bed. Supports recommended for the cylindrical cutouts

Recommend using a few Velcro command strips on the back of the nozzle parts to mount on the wall when its all assembled together. Tube mounting clamp prints also have a flat edge for velcro command strip to adhere to the wall as well!
