Master Sol’s Collapsing Lightsaber Multi-Part Version

This multi-part design is split into different stl's so it can be printed in full color with a single color printer and a couple manual filament swaps. The cap screws on so the blades can be printed separately in different colors and inserted or replaced.

Use the six pins to locate the emitter and shield on the base of the lightsaber. It make everything really easy to locate and glue together. I used Starbond medium CA glue for assembly.

Supports are not required for any of the parts. For best results use a .4mm nozzle. You can print the blades all at once concentrically or one at a time in vase mode. Find detailed instructions on how to print collapsing swords on my website.

Assembled with Starbond Medium CA Glue (aff.)

Printed on the Prusa XL(aff.) with Polymaker Metallic Pro PLA and Polymaker Transparent Blue PETG

Is the BASE ONEPIECE file supposed to be the entire saber? I figured it would be the BASE BLACK and BASE SILVER as one unit.

The should align in your slicer. Most you just open or drag in both files at the same time.
