In my trade it's required to have your license in a visible location on the top portion of your body. I made this to meet that requirement. It sits in the breast pocket of a flannel. The cards slide right in the top of the holder, and it keeps them in fairly well. This will fit 2 cards comfortably, but I think 3 would fit if you tried.
