Remix/redesign of some card jigs I've seen. This jig fits standard aluminum cards found on Amazon, the ones I have measure 54mm tall and 86mm wide. Printed on the X1C with 0.2mm layer height and 30% infill at standard speed, there was maybe .001" of play around the card when placed in the jig which shouldn't cause any problems when marking the card with the laser. This is designed to fit most fiber laser beds with 25mm center-spaced holes. This jig allows the use of the four socket head cap screws that come with most machines which I believe are M6x10 and has countersunk holes so the screws fit flush for a clean look. The picture uploaded is of the first version I designed that has text in the middle and lacked a recess to be able to pick the card up. The uploaded version has the text removed (I didn't care for it) and has a recess to make picking the card up easier. I didn't feel like printing the updated one just for the picture. Enjoy!
