Added variants for the 3D Touch (BLTouch Clone). Changed the name of EX to A1.

Version 2.2 Released.
I have updated all the models to be about 0.8mm taller to hopefully remove the gap between the mount and the cover.
For the longer screw version, I have not printed a test one but I modified it a little to fix the layer issue. Someone will have to print one and see. I did not see a Issue in Cura as others have posted on the other version or this version. Could of been a layer height settings.
I have modified the non-threaded version. I made the hole smaller down to 2mm and removed the bottom so it is open. This way if you want to use the stock screws that come with the BLTouch or you want to Tap your own threads you can. If people like this version and would like a closed bottom version let me know and I will add one. You will need to use supports for the this version.
Renamed the files so it is easier to find the one you are looking for. The Numbers on the models will not be printed or show up in the Slicer. 1-4 is short threaded, 5-8 non-threaded, 9-12 long threaded
add a experimental one for 3D Touch (BLTouch Clone). It is labeled EX.
If I have missed anything or if there is any Issues with these. Please let me know so I can fix them. I have printed #1 and it fit my BLTouch 3.1 perfectly with no gap at top and did not have to use any force to slide it on.

Added some different variations. Unthreaded, No Mesh, and Long Threaded.
Short Threaded: 3mm D x 8mm L Long Threaded: 3mm D x 10-12mm L
If there is a variation or adjustments that need to be added let me know.
BLtouch Cover (Remix) V2.1
In this version I added the ability to use the 3mm screws used on the BLtouch to also hold the cover on. This way you don't have to fight with the small nuts or worry about it falling off. (If it wasn't tight enough already.)
I also adjusted it a little so it shouldn't fit as tight as the last version. I did a few prints and it seems to fit a lot better, tho the prints were done on my LD-002R Resin printer. I will try to get a print done on my Ender 3. But if someone wants to print it with filament, please leave a comment on the fitting so I can make adjustments if needed.
