Obi-Wan’s Collapsing Lightsaber Single Extruder Multi-Part Version

This is the multi-part version of this lightsaber. It has been broken into different parts so they can be printed separately in different colors then glued together. There are locators for making the parts easy to glue on. The cap is screwed on so the blades can be printed separately then inserted or replaced. You will need to do some filament swaps at layer heights for a full color version.

There are two versions of the grip. One with supports and one without. The built in supports worked perfect for me, make sure you print at .2mm with a .4mm nozzle. Make sure you use a brim or helper discs when printing the hilt so the columns don't fall over.

You can print the blades all at once concentrically or one at a time in vase mode. Find detailed instructions on how to print collapsing swords on my website.

Assembled with Starbond Medium CA Glue (aff.)

Printed on the Mudex rep-rap IDEX printer. with Polymaker Metallic Pro PLA
