We had a dedicated Mimic stream on Twitch and encountered your model! Very clever use of the magnets! You can watch a clip of the livestream here --> https://www.youtube.com/shorts/9IdQSRmtsS0
You might want to check your flow rates it sounds like you're overextruding. Or you could try just scaling it up a little bit.. I'm not trying to be dismissive but I did test print this across four different printers. So it might be that your machine is out of calibration. What printer are you using so I can better troubleshoot this.
You might want to try scaling it up a little bit. I would start with the Center Post scale it up a bit until the magnet fits. As you scale it up, the tolerances should get larger. Or it just might be an issue of over Extrusion from your printer. You should be able to correct it with your flow rates.
I actually fixed this by changing the x-y hole contour and compensation in the Precision section within Bambu Studio. My extrusion is fine - other projects seem to print and assemble just fine with tight tolerances.
Hi printed the model and the tolerances are super tight and the 8x2 magnets don't fit. what settings do you use to print?

I am using a Kobra 3 combo to print it

I am having the same problems as Kogamingnmore. The tolerances are super tight. I can get the mimics together but I can't get them open again.
