Prints great in PLA, but Jankmart reccomends PETG for the springy parts for durability and longevity.
Tried printing this spring multiple times with/without brim, with/without support, with/without glue with multiple combination, but it is continuously failing. Can someone help me in printing this spring successfully.
The only way I was able to make the spring print work reliably was by applying manual tree supports to the underside of the top part of the spring (laying on its side like you have). I used basic PETG settings and Bambu Support for PLA as the interface. Tried printing it right side up at first but the spring broke after 2 compressions when I printed it that way.
Just confirming you are printing this with PETG? This is a tricky part, so it may benefit from tuning your filament so that any over-extrusions aren't knocking the elements over
