I love this design. I was trying to come up with something like it for myself but hadn't gotten around to it. This solves a huge problem for me. Thank you!
I really liked your design. I have a question: in the comments, I read that there are several tongues with logos of different car brands, but when I downloaded the project, I couldn’t find the tongues with the designs. Do you have them separately, or could you share them with me?
made 2 "case top" the ones that have the hole on it, and the filament doesnt fit in any of them. looks like a 1mm hole for a 1,75mm filament, nice. USE 0,25 XY HOLE COMPENSATION
sliced with cura, printed with aquila, nothing fits together properly, everythings too tight to slide together properly. Needs higher tolerances in the design.
This is fantastic model, the parts fit together perfectly and work very well.
Bu the 3 x Keyring STL files are broken.
They appear to have the tang and "fob" parts modeled separately which makes sense but they are not meshed properly.
If you import to Blender and zoom in on the step in height you can see where the tang and fob meshes meet without a common vertex, and if you delete a vertext on the "fob" you can see the tang extends into the fob.
Seems to be messing up Cura slicing of the key rings, they print too thin (Cura Ver 4.13.1).
This is really an awesome design! I had to glue the top as the interference fit wasn't tight enough.
But the license you chose doesn't allow making derivatives so we can't even make our own keys for it. Maybe you want to reconsider the license or publish the key separately under a less restrictive license, ideally with a .step file?
Somebody even fixed the interference fit of the top part but, theoretically, that's in violation of the license you chose.

I need help. I can't print it. What scale do I do?
Can I sell these in a physical form? Or would I need to donate money?

Hello! I printed this out and It worked perfectly!
I am just wondering, from a design perspective, What purpose is the #7 Case Top's 20mm filament for?
Great, I'm glad to hear! The 20 mm piece of filament provides a spring mechanism to eject the key ring when you press the button.
Love your designs. Ive printed this and the collapsible box.
I was wondering if you could add a single screw mount in the middle of the top part so it could be hung on a slim doorframe with one screw.
Many thanks.
Could you put some instructions on how to put together im pretty confused.
Hi There. Check out the build video for instructions.

could you maby add some ears or some ting like this to screw it to a wall?
No problem, I've just added a screw mount parts. Thanks for the suggestion.
