Needed slightly bigger case to fit the LTE antenna for the LoPy module, added a snap on lid like Adafruit tutorial, and a 2nd hole for another SMA pigtail.
Raised the standoffs to fit my smallest M3x6 screws and lowered the overall height. Happy coincidence there is room for a small-ish battery under the board now.

Added several lids with varying clearance, default part is 0.15mm which makes a nice snap fit on my Up Mini 2, but others may need larger clearance to print successfully.
