I have a HE3D K200 and I was sick and tired of jamming the bowden tube into the extruder gear when I pulled on the fillament, and going through mission impossible 1, 2, and 3 each time trying to thread the fillament past the drive gear, through the threaded extruder lever and into the new PC4-M6 fitting that stopped the bowden tube from getting pulled into the drive gear.
So this external M6 thread screws into the extruder lever, the PC4-M6 fitting goes on top, and there is a nice funnel over the drive gear to help guide the fillament up into the bowden tube. I ended up having to cut the funnel again with a scalpel to get a good fit, but if the part doesn't help, maybe the idea does.
