Case for TTGO "T3_v1.6"

First revision of a case for TTGO Lora board. PBC is marked "T3 v1.6"
Case snaps together semi firmly. Tollerancse are 0.15mm between parts. (*_150um.stl) Holes for LEDs are designed to be fitted with clear 1.75mm filament after printing to act as light guides.

(UpStudio or UpMini sh*t the bed when printing the last sample, model does have smooth surface unlike picture..)
Changelog: v9: first release. v10: reduced hole size for SMA by 1mm. increased cutout for power switch and increased chamfer for power and reset switch. Moved LCD cutout a little.
