Change log: 5: Added a mount to move the whole hotend and fan down by 20 mm. This to fit the original design better. Thanks, JediKnight2. 4: modified the BL Touch rails. Removed the back wall of the nut pocket. Since the rails is glued onto the clamp, it doesn't need a back wall.
3: Added Induction sensor mount.
2: Thanks to fr3tles5. He spotted a part that interfered with the hot end. It was just by a little, but still, it had to be removed. So I updated both mounts. Thanks! Updated it again as our models in V6 differed.
- Edited the Air ducting file a little bit to make it fit better. Also added an air duct with no ring around the nozzle.
- The offset for the BL Touch is 24.5 mm to the left and 8.8 mm forward.
The adapter is to mount a single E3D V6 and a Nimble to the D-Bot. This will go on the only real, original and true "D-Bot Core-XY 3D Printer", https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1001065 from the one and only great Spauda01.
It is developed together with Darkarchon, and is a lot stiffer than this version: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2547179
There are two versions, one with mounting points for a 50X50 radial fan, and one without.
If you want to use a BL-Touch, there is a mount available as well. The BLT Rails should be glued to the Hot End Clamp. You can then screw the BLT Mount to the rails.
The STL models are checked and optimised. The parts that need a different orientation to print properly are rotated to the preferred printing position.
The Nimble ExtruderWith an installed weight of less than 27 grams on your carriage/effector, the Zesty Nimble is the smallest and lightest extruder you can buy, it has ample torque and can be mounted in multiple orientations.
The Nimble is available from Zesty Technology.
