Caliburn - Mag-Fed Pump-Action Nerf Blaster
byZackFreedmanThis LEGENDARY model was designed by the LEGENDARY Captain Slug and released into the public domain.
This is it - the definitive 3D-printed powerhouse blaster. Capable of feeding foam from Nerf mags and accurately flinging it downrange at 250fps, the Caliburn utterly rewrote the Nerf metagame. With a K25 spring, it is ABSOLUTELY not safe for indoor use, and WAY TOO DANGEROUS for children.
Carefully read the instructions before printing - many parts must be printed at specific layer heights, materials, and wall thiccness.
Note that this package includes many variant parts. You don't need to print each of these - pick one.
ButtPlateS - Can be replaced by a nice, thicc piece of foam.
EliteLower2 and EliteUpperAlt3 - Receiver, designed for full-size Elite mags. Consider finding and printing the Talon/Katana or Raider variants instead.
MilanCoupler - The B version uses metal reinforcing inserts, and the Alt version is purely printed.
MuzzleBrake6 - Not used with the extended barrel
RAIL_FOREGRIP - Jeez, no need to yell. Many muzzle kits and variant receivers substitute their own version.
Ram2o, Ram2of, Ram2on:
- The 'of' version accepts a lathed aluminum insert and is STRONGLY recommended.
- The 'o' version is purely printed, but has a recess to retain a pair of O-rings to seal the barrel.
- The 'on' version is purely printed and doesn't need O-rings. It's weak and doesn't make a great seal, but you don't need other hardware.
Pip and FrontPip - Iron sights; I recommend substituting an optic, or at least printing a different set. These are very chunky and obstructive.
