This is my first Oni Mask Design made in Nomad Sculpt.
This can be printed with a regular FDM printer and turns out pretty good. I included a premade project file for Bambu Slicer.
If you print one I would love to see your makes!
It´s scaled for my head which is rather small. My head size is about 21,5" (~56 cm).
Did a scaled down version for my 5y/o son. Scaled to 87%, I measured his cheekbones left to right and scaled it manually on prusa slicer on the measuring net of the sheet. Was really easy. Settings on 0.2mm and 15% infill with organic supports. Removing supports on the inner teeth was a bit hard, but okay. Sanded the outline so he cannot hurt himself while playing.
Now he is playing ninja with Oni mask like in Ninjago.
