I have just made replaced what seems to have been a corrupted file and was able to successfully download/unzip it. Please try re-downloading and let me know if it fixed it!
Apologies for that, not sure what went wrong. Seems the thread test file got corrupted somehow. I have re-uploaded that file and it seems to be working fine on my end now. Please let me know if the issue continues for you!
Absolutely my favorite!!! I'm in a battle with my brother-in-law for wrapping Christmas presents and this is going to up the game quite a bit this year!!!!
I can get box 1 & 2 to line up but box 3 doesn't line up with box 2, the holes are off and there is a big space between the two half's of box 3. What would you suggest?
I printed out Boxes 1, 2 & 3. I can't seem to align the holes. I've tried every orientation. Looks like the first box goes into the second box lid side down. Which is weird because the screws on the lid of box 2 would seem to be useless. You can lift box 2 lid up without having to unscrew them to get to the lid for box one. Box three I can't seem to align at all. What am I doing wrong?
Apologies for getting back to you all so late. I don't get notifications of these comments from Thangs (probably a setting I need to change) and didn't think to check over here. Getting a lot of comments messages across all platforms and I'm doing my best to respond everywhere, so apologies for falling short over here on Thangs!
I printed out a mix of all 5 types. (100 flathead, 75 phillips, 50 6mm, 46 5.5mm and 25 special, IIRC) Using both the 5.5mm and the 6mm is an extra level of evil since they look almost identical but take different tools to remove.
You could theoretically do a different screwhead for each level, or do any mix you like. Depends on how annoying you want it to be!

I keep getting errors trying to extract the thread test file. Both winrar and windows file explorer will not extract or allow me to open it.
Sorry for the late response. I have just replaced that file and it seems to be working for me now. Please let me know if it works for you!

For some reason, the box_1_container file crashes prusaSlicer when i try to slice it. All other files are fine.

How many of each screw size do you need?
All of the screws are the same size. The 5.5 and the 6 just refer to the hex head
How many bolts are needed per layer? I want to use a different bolt on every layer of the box :P
I have separation issues in one corner of boxes 5a and 5b. How do I fix this?
I only see 3 types of screw drivers. Where can I get the other 2 and screws to match?
Do you sell the bolts? I just can't get them to print correctly. Thanks
I had to slow down my printer to 60mm/s outer walls and 80 infill
anyone care to share their profile settings? I can't get a clean box to print. its not bad just minor imperfections. thanks!
I purchased but it has been stuck in preparing for download for 3 days. Help???
Do i need to print the 6mm bolts or the 5.5mm bolts? Just trying to figure out how many of each bolt i need to print.
