[Free!!] Picket Fence Paint Holder

[Free!!] Picket Fence Paint Holder

I wanted something cute & sweet to hold my Vallejo paints I recently got!! For anyone who hasn't used Vallejo paints yet (if they paint their prints), I highly recommend them. They look so smooth and pretty!! I went to a local hobby store to find these. Online they come in sets, but I wanted cool & warm primaries so I can mix colours myself. Also, you can guess what little friends are showing up later today ;D

Definitely getting more when I need to paint more things, however <3

A model I am working on, painted in Vallejo Paints. Do you guys want me to release this one?!

Before using these, I was using some cheap chunky craft acrylics, and they were super lumpy!! Vallejo does take longer to paint with since the paint is thin and you have to layer up, but it's totally worth it.

You can check out the painting process here (I linked it to a timestamp of when I start painting this). This isn't a promotion for Vallejo, just sharing my love of these paints because they are so awesome!!

P.S. The top of this model isn't perfectly flat since I wanted a bubbly look, so if you do not print in adaptive layers it may have less gradual layer switches at the top (visible in my pics). I also recommend printing this all in one colour since it is a large model to fit lots of paints and brushes <3

Recommended Print Settings:

  • Layer Height: .16
  • Infill: 15%
  • Supports: Not needed
  • Pro Tip: If the first layers struggle to stick, try slowing down the first layers or increasing the bed temperature slightly.
  • Filament: Matte or Regular PLA recommended
  • Sized to fit Vallejo paints and various brushes. May fit other paints of similar sizes! You are welcome to add negative objects to make the holes bigger if needed for your paint brand.

Please remember, NO sharing, re-selling, or distributing this digital file or modifications of it in any way. You are not authorized to use my photos or anyone else's photos without permission.

With love,
