Why? How? What?
Over the last few months I have been building Only Frogs as a side project, I have lots of froggy ideas and didn't want to overrun my main page with a frog army and so Only Frogs was born. A place for people who love both frogs and 3d printing!

However, this led to another problems.. I wanted to build Only Frogs independent from SparkyFace5 for two main reasons.. one is because I wanted to show that a designer with no established audience can do well on thangs leaderboard and grow from zero even amongst big players! And I definitely did prove that even in this short time and with a few setbacks, Only frogs grew fast, gained community interaction, makes, and won prizes on several leaderboards, almost every model already has over 100 downloads!

The other reason is that I was afraid. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to stick to it, that it was a fleeting idea that might run out of steam at any moment and let everybody down or that running 2 pages would overwhelm me, and in some ways it has but its also a joy to see and has taught me a lot along the way.

My solution to this is to bring the two together. So no matter if you love frogs, fan art, fun mashups, bird whistles, or just cant wait to see what fun quirky or thoughtful model I come up with next.. you can find it all here!
