Very nice design! Really inspiring to create your own designs
One thing I want to share is I couldn’t find a way to print the top, so I figured you can just slice it in two pieces and just avoid printing any supports
Works good for me 🙃
Another remix, this with thicker top and bottom panels so I could use longer bolts & make it much more rigid. This is a great design to tinker with if you have several spools of filament with just a little filament remaining - who doesn't?
I really like this wallet. Works really well. I decided to print pegs to insert into the screw holes because I was too excited to wait for the screws I ordered. For the pegs that go in as pivot points (right side), I gave them a flat side and printed them horizontally. Then I used Weld-on 16 to assemble it all. Great design!
Personally I would love one that held more cards. I have had trayvaax wallet for many years and love it, but would like to try this.....just have way too many cards hahaha.
Right now i have another one (almost ready to release) with hardware. But i have made some sketches for a hardware-less wallet. So possibly in the future :)
I really love the design. It's easy to carry and super functional. I had problems during assembly and use and have some suggestions for your consideration. I had a problem getting the top and bottom to clamp together properly with the plastic treads and had to use glue. A version of the bottom piece with a place to press in m3 nuts would help keep the pieces together and not degrade the treads if you need to take it apart or want to swap parts.
Also the lever action is dependent on the screw tension and because it needs to move it can't be glued. I had to back the screw off a few millimeters to get it working and the screw isn't flush with the top. An integrated standoff or peg that the screw can pass through and let the lever pivot around could make the lever smoother while letting the screw be fully seated. Thank you for the design seriously it's awesome!
Thanks for a great design. When I started using it, I discovered a problem: there is some deviation in width among the cards I use, which makes it impossible to set a correct retention, some cards are stuck dead, while others still want to drop out. I would suggest to add a slight integrated spring leaf to the bottom part, that would go around the exposed tip of the cards corners a small bit. In my imagination, this would prevent cards falling off.
I just released a version with a magnetic lock, but i must say it is only avalaible to my premium members. At somepoint i might release some more wallets :). Thank you for the feedback, technical feedback especially is very useful for future iterations!
hii,

I dropped a 0.4mm inset on the inside surfaces to inlay foil tape for RFID protection. Functions great.
Awsome idea did you use the tin foil typa tape?
Yeah. That HVAC stuff.
i just spend 30 dlls when i could off printed this! faaaak Loveeee the design!
DID I SEE AN albert heijn bonuskaart?

GEKOLONISEERD
It looks so cool,I have print it over;BUT how to assemble ?- - !
Should be pretty straight forward: Put the small lever in the bottom case, line up the big lever, insert bolts :D let me know if you have any trouble
ok I print all ,and I found they can make 4 ,Thank you very much
I've been looking at some of your designs and wow, your designs look absolutely lovely.
Dankjewel.
Thankyou for the kind words, Fijn om te horen!
Can you make it mag safe so it can clip on the phone?
What kind of screws do you use?
I also put a QT code with my phone number incase I lose my wallet in hopes a good samaritan will contact me to return it.
Next time I print this I’ll extrude a swallow inlay to place some foil tape for RFID blocking. I’ll let you know how that goes.
