Mesh Panel Upgrade!

What’s New?

Since starting the Cargo System, we’ve had a bit of a side quest trying to find a fully 3D printable alternative to the acrylic panels used to see what’s inside the containers.

After not quite cracking a completely clear window with our last attempt using clear PETG, we decided it was time for another go and came up with the QuickSwap Mesh Panel.

It’s a fully 3D printable insert that uses a mesh pattern to give you a quick view of what’s inside your containers, while keeping everything printable. And as a bonus, they print super fast!

What about Compatibility?

The holes in the mesh mean the insert is more flexible than a solid panel, so we have added extra tabs to increase the sturdiness. To allow for these new tabs, we have also updated the QuickSwap window, but don't worry the new QuickSwap window is still fully compatible with the existing containers.

We have also upgraded the existing QuickSwap inserts with these tabs, which can all be found inside the relevant Cargo Containers files.

What’s Next?

We’re busy finalising a few last updates to make the current Cargo lineup perfect, then we are moving onto an exciting new part of the system. So make sure you're following, there's more coming very soon!
