A “screw-in fastener” allows you to attach anything that has a push-fit hole to a surface, like a snap, a snap connector, or even some types of bolts.
First, you will need to screw the fastener into the snap using the Multitool, then use a screw in the hole of the fastener to attach it to a surface.
This is the short version (4.5 mm) of the screw-in fastener, so the snaps will still have enough space to insert other accessories.

Use 100% infill. Apart form that, the default recommended settings apply:
The printing orientation is as provided in the file. The print has been designed to be “3 wall perimeters” in wall thickness. Printed at a layout height of 0.2 mm. It doesn't need printing supports. This part has been designed with a tolerance of 0.25 mm. Your printer will need to be able to bridge gaps of up to 30 mm for some designs.
