More Plates, Tools & Non-Folded Parts - November 2025 Monthly Update
Hey Makers! Not many public releases in the last month, but there’s here’s a bunch of new parts that have dropped today:
New Parts
New Plates
The much-requested Small Thread Hole Plates are finally here! Along with Mid Hole and Multipoint Hole Plate variations: https://beta.multiboard.io/plates
These are especially useful if you’re building 3D structures with the beams.
Non-Folded Parts
A lot of people have had problems with folded parts, so we plan on releasing non-folded versions of everything that’s folded, as long as it doesn’t affect the function.
Today, we’ve added non-folded Multiponts to the existing listings. You can find them here: https://beta.multiboard.io/multipoints
These new parts come with built-in supports, so let us know if they print well for you and if we should just remove the folded versions entirely.
Next up will be non-folded versions of the bolts.
Multipoint Driver Tool
Use this new tool to hold and screw in Multipoints that are just a little out of reach for a coin or your fingers.
Tile and Plate Holder Tools
These “Holder Tools” pull up to 4 Tiles or Plates together and keeps them aligned.
This tool is useful if you’re mounting Tiles and aren’t using dual or quad mounts, as it can be difficult to align the tiles when screwing them in.
Tile Stacks and Documentation
In the Tile component in the beta library, we’ve added more documentation and more tile stacks: https://beta.multiboard.io/tiles
What We’re Working On:
- Brand new website: We’re very close to releasing the first version of the new Multiboard website. It will be a central hub for all Multiboard resources, with user accounts, feedback tools, and instant Thangs membership integration.
- Cable management: We’re also very close to having this uploaded. The designs have been finalised, and we’re now organising everything in the library. I can’t wait for you to see this! There is no other cable management system that can do what our new system can do.
- More Non-Folded parts
- Knowledge Hub: Improved documentation + images
- Roadmap: To share where Multiboard is headed—both near and far (Almost done).
Keep Making!
