I purchased your VIP Access membership. When I click this button to access your Discord server, I get the message shown in the second image shown here. PLEASE tell me what I need to do to get this working correctly.
I join the Hero Me membership but after more than one month waiting for response from MediaMan3D for the Discord channel access and other questions I cancelled my membership. You better just download the models and sort it out yourself since there is no reason to pay for support - there is none.
I am sorry that I did not get back to you sooner. I appreciate the feedback on why you cancelled. Regarding Discord Access. If you have linked your Discord User ID to your Thangs.com account (in Settings), you would be automatically be given access to the Hero Me Discord server and assigned the correct Role to access the channels, forums, and other content there. If you did not associate your Discord User ID to your Thangs.com account you would not be able to access the Hero Me Discord Server.
I am also having great difficulty in gaining access to your Discord. I was able to add the Thangs Bot to my server, and cannot do anything further. I have enabled developer mode in Discord. I think I also may have accidentally bought a membership to your Thangs account TWO times. If you would be able to help me figure out either of these issues, I would greatly appreciate it.
