Sea Dive Pals
Toss them in, watch them sink, and let the kids dive for the whole crew — five colorful sea critters and a shiny pearl that drop to the bottom of the pool or tub. When playtime's over, everything snaps magnetically into a print-in-place clamshell case that goes anywhere.
😊 Why You'll Love It: • 🌊 Sink-and-seek play — they drop to the bottom for proper dive-and-retrieve fun • 🐠 A whole crew — pufferfish, seahorse, octopus, crab, turtle, and a pearl • 🐚 All-in-one storage — the magnetic clamshell holds the crew and travels anywhere • ✨ Doubles as decor — the insert is glued in last, so leave it out and use the shell as a trinket dish or display piece • 🎁 Great gift — colorful, water-ready fun for little ones
📐 Quick Specs: 5 sea creatures + 1 pearl • everything stores inside the magnetic clamshell • prints on a standard 180 mm bed (Bambu Lab A1)
💡 Tip for kids: If this is a toy, leave the 4 lid magnets out to start. After a weekend playing with our nieces we found wet little hands struggle a bit to pop a magnetised shell open — and you can always glue the magnets in later if you decide you want a firmer close.

☀️ PLA or ASA? PLA is perfect for pool and bath play — the white shell reflects sun and the animals stay underwater where it's cool (warp-free through a full day at ~32C / 89F in our testing). For sets left baking in direct sun, print in ASA for better heat and UV resistance.

Beautifull, but how long Will it last in pla?
i have a inlet nozzle elbow printed in PLA in the pool now for the 11th year. But feel free to print it in ASA, this will definetly last a lot longer.
Thank you, I also had a small filter basket printed in PLA that stayed in water and it held up well. My dilemma is that PLA has the nicest color options, especially for cute colorful items like these. But since I often read that PLA, chlorine and long-term water exposure are not always the best combination, I’m a bit cautious when printing for customers. For my own use I wouldn’t worry too much, but for selling I want to be honest about durability.
yes, this makes absolutley sense, for selling it to customers i'd also prefer to print it in ASA
