Printed this out on the elegoo centauri carbon. Came out amazing. Also printed at %120 scale. The compartment doesnt dtay closed at that scale but the no compartment version would have been perfect! Great design. Thank you!
which file did you use?
I just checked the 3mf file for the mini version (99_DinoPiggybank_A1_miniSize) and everything you'll need is there.
For the mini version there is only the 3mf and this is all prepared on 4 different plates.
the STLs are just for the big one!
hope this helps 🫶
Initially I used the one that said "regular" but none of the pieces fit it. so I then d/l the pieces from the a1 and its still too big of a belly for this.
Whatever was in the regular size d/l package is what I used. I even went back and printed all the belly parts and none fit it. Then I deleted what I originally d/l and printed and d/l it all again and used the part in the package of the "regular" size and its not fitting. I did not mix anything up, it brought in all the pieces and I printed from that. Not sure how I could have printed different sizes when it had all pieces when it opens with them on the plate.
Which Slicer are you using?
Did you use the STL files or the 3MF file?
can you tell me exactly which files you printed, and what is not fitting on your end?
Just looking for some suggestions on how to clean this up. These are the inside of the spikes. It just doesn't look as clean as some of the other images. This is what is looks like after removing the supports. Any input would be appreciated.
Hi, Just wondering if anybody using UK currency has printed this? I wanted to know if the UK 50p would fit through the slot and bottom opening ? Kind regards
yeah, i was trying to fit a push to open compartment into the tail, but after 30 failed attempts i have to call it a failure, and move on :(
i'll update the 3mf file
Hi, can't you put the lock pins on the sides of the box and make more space above the box inside to let the whole backside of the box be able to move a bit up and down lead by the rails instead just moving the pins and killing them after a while? (I hope my description is not confusing and can give you some inspiration at least)

Hi, Pls print the belly from 99_DinoPiggybank_A1_miniSize.3mf this will fit the mini-Dino you printed!
there is a regular sized dinosaur and a smaller version for the A1 mini. It seeems as if you have mixed up the files.

Hi, Pls redownload the files, we've added desinged and testprinted a A1-Mini Version:
99_DinoPiggybank_A1_miniSize.3mf
all the best christoph
alright, we'll add a mini version for the A1 mini as well :) give us some time!
Love this design. Will that be an a1 mini compatible version?

i am afraid, this is wont fit on the A1mini. you neeed 220mm at least. but we look, if we can also make a a1 mini version as well
Unfortunately, the secret compartment got stuck, and even after I took it out and lubricated it, it still didn’t work as it should.
i am sorry to her. did you cut the pin loose? is it still intakt?
Hello, before I start printing, I was wondering if this could be scaled up or that would mess with the tolerances. Thank you
if you scale up the version without the secret compartment, you should be fine. (you need to scale up all the parts)
with the secret compartment, i am unsere, since it is optimized to print how it is
Thanks for the reply! Yeah I printed it all at %120 and it looks great and the compartmemt clicks but i have to pick it out to get it
Can someone recommend a glue that doesn’t leave white marks on the part?
3d glopp if you are in the US and Uhu Allplast if you are outside
Hi, Just wondering if anybody using UK currency has printed this? I wanted to know if the UK 50p would fit through the slot and bottom opening ? Kind regards
yes, the bottom opening is 31.5mm big, and the top 40mm
Thank you! I was wondering if it was just my slicer not bringing it up or something hahaha.
Only the "no compartment" version is showing up, the other version is not being included when downloading for some reason? Please help! Thanks!!
