Use “Bolt-Lock Mounts” if you want your entire Multiboard or segments of your Multiboard to be easily removable. This “Quad” Mount connects four Tiles together and creates a 15 mm offset from the surface.
To set it up…
- Connect your Tiles together using:
- DS Snap Connectors (Part A & Part B) - this will create a 15 mm offset from the wall (look at image 5).
- Or use Regular Snap Connectors - the offset will be less than 15 mm, so to get the 15 mm offset, use Bolt-Lock Mount Washers (look at image 6).
-
Attach the Bolt-Lock Mounts to a surface using screws (with the help of the Installation Tool).
-
Then secure your tiles to the mounts using 13 mm Small Thread Bolts.

Printing Guidelines:
Video tutorial on how to print stacks: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xs2urfM0MRM
This stack print has been designed specifically for 0.2 mm layer heights. They have a 0.2 mm gap between each print. Make sure that all top surfaces get ironed. As a bonus, set the seam alignment to random for maximum strength.
Apart from that, use the default recommended settings: 3 wall perimeters in wall thickness. 15% infill. No supports are needed. The printing orientation is as provided in the file.
