DIN Rail Picking Bin - XL Set

DIN Rail Picking Bin - XL Set

Description

You probably have too much stuff! At least we do. To keep the mess organized, yet flexible for future changes, we made picking bins printable. But we didn't stop there. These bins are actually sturdy, come with nice labels and generally just feel good to use, unlike some equivalents from the hardware store.

Stackable

Of course they are stackable! What else should I write here!? It's literally in the title and shown in the animation below! Mhh.. *stick stack stickity stack*

DIN to the rescue!

Store your stuff securely and easily accessible. By utilizing the widely spread and affordable DIN rail you can quickly turn your shop into your own little hardware store. The hook is specifically designed for this type of rail and won't budge even under the heaviest of loads.

Design

Optimized for sturdiness, it is printed in an overhang-only orientation. This allows for maximum strength in all directions and ensures difficult features to be printed with minimal supports. dinrail_bin_gallery.png

Material

Polylactic acid! PLA prints these flawlessly and is more than sufficient to provide the necessary strength and rigidity. For the best finish we recommend matte PLA. Stay away from materials with a high tendency for warping to avoid crooked results.

Printing

Printing these is easy and reliable. They are pre-oriented and come with an integrated support tower. Optimized for 0% Infill and 2 Perimeters you can print them fast, but for the best look and finish we suggest more conservative speeds. A Brim won't hurt, but is not strictly necessary.

Tip of the print!

The probably bestest and cheapest bed adhesive! Mix regular (non watertight) wood glue with water in a ratio of about 1:10. From now on clean your bed ONLY with water and NOT isopropyl alcohol. Otherwise it becomes non soluble in water and you will have a tough time getting it off.
