My notebook with pencil case just got a massive update!

My notebook design has come a long way. After the last upgrade that included the pencil case, I was not 100% happy with the closing mechanism. It worked well but all the remaining features were so on point that I had to improve this. I use this thing multiple times per day, every day, so I am my own customer and power user here.

Since I have 7mm of thickness to play with I found that I can rotate the second rubber band by 90 degrees and mount it in the center. Not entirely by coincidence this also brings the visible layer lines back that so many people liked about the V1. I do expect tons of awesome rainbow print with this new update! Since I wanted to keep it in my signature blue tones for the video, I decided to create a multi-color version where only the top layer is in a different color. It looks cool and with just a few color changes this comes with very little waste.

Another minor thing that I improved is the corners. It is now even more round for smoother handling.

I am already in love with this update since I am writing this after having used the new one for already over a week.
