A planter for your planter

This concept started a few years ago with my Planter “Extra” that I designed because I was running out of space for my plant obsession. If you add a little plant directly to a bigger pot with another plant, they might compete for resources. This concept adds a secondary planter that prevents that. The smaller plant will also get more sunlight since it gets elevated a bit.

The design can spin even while draining into the bigger pot! This mechanism prevents it from breaking if you bump into it. Since it sticks out horizontally that is very likely for the same reason table legs do not extend past the top surface. This also enables you to rate it around for the perfect sunlight exposure. Since you can also rotate the planter in the funnel, this is actually a very useful little pot!
