Commodus bust (Pre-Supported) *New Release*
Greetings friends
I hope everyone is doing well, and I want to thank you all for your support.
Allow me to present Commodus.
Commodus was the son of Marcus Aurelius and became Roman Emperor. He was the brother of Princess Lucilla and the uncle of Lucius. According to the story, he murdered his father after learning that General Maximus Meridius would be named successor. He then took the throne as regent, but was ultimately killed by Maximus in the Colosseum.
He was portrayed by Joaquin Phoenix in the 2000 film Gladiator.
This was a challenging sculpt ,I won’t lie. Beyond capturing the likeness, the armor required an extensive level of detail. I believe the final result will please you, as I invested many hours into this piece.
