If you print again, try one using only critical supports. I did a side by side comparison and couldn't really tell any difference between the two, and saved a significant amount of filament
These work great on so many bags. I do have to use something like a cloth or something similar to get a better grip to be able to push the clip tight but that is a personal hand issue I’m sure.
Here is my first make! Not too shabby. I printed the base with zero infill and no top layers so I could add the rocks. I'll probably modify the file so I can print with a solid top just recessed to use less rocks next time. Also used a Dremel to notch the traps so the latch has something to bite onto. Has a nice satisfying snap sound now when engaging the lock.
Working on fixing these... There is a workaround in the meantime. If you right-click the small picture on the right and select open image in a new webpage it will "uncrop" and display correctly.
Thank you! Working on a fix. Quick workaround is to right click the image on the right under "makes" and select open image in new tab. This will "uncrop" the photo.
printing on its side with "critical support only" seems to be the best result. I slowed down to 50/60mm/s and compared with 100-200mm/s and saw no appreciable difference, other than saving about 38% on print time on my Bambu p1s.
some small overhang ugliness around the locking mechanism, but some careful sanding fixed that up for me.
10/10 this is super neat, and a welcome addition to my kitchen
to Forgecore i love your plants with uses other than well sitting around and looking like a plant. basically all your plants that aren't your string of pearls and pothos i like those too but i like the ones with practical uses more, and i'm not saying that those two aren't practical just they don't have uses other than being a plant. but i would really appreciate if you made more like the snacktrap, cactus, monstera, aloe vera, and succulents because i think they are really cool
Having trouble with the clips. The indention and ridge on the clip are not quite sharp enough to reliably clip even with the Arachne wall slicer. I’m using Bambu PLA Basic as a filament and pretty basic .020mm strength settings.
Hi, you want to make sure you are using atleast 3 wall loops for strength, and they should work well on bags when folded over to close. Just make sure the bags aren't too thick; some some bags will work better than others. The Easy Print 3mf has all of the recommended print settings for strength too.
so i checked and it looks like there is a difference but does it matter which one i use, or do i use A on one side of the mouth and B one the other side. also side note but out of the plants with uses which is your favorite.

Looks great!
Your print photo on the assembly didn’t fully upload, so its missing most of the information

nice! I like the red
The photo with the traps is not complete and I feel I miss some important info!

looks awsome!
FYI, The pots for these plant prints look amazing in HATCHBOX Magic Stone PLA, Brick Red!

Great feedback. I agree!
How cool is that!

Hello, Which color did you use for the pot ? Thanks :)
Linked in description!
is there a difference between inner mouth A and inner mouth B

I found there is a difference and if you put the wrong side is it doesn't fit properly. Using the correct side they fit right into the holes.
Does anyone knows if their other plants fits in this flower pot?
It seems like all the pots are the same. I've printed 3 different ones at once and all were identical.
that's awesome but do they fit the monstera or do i have to make my own 3D printed pot for it
Monstera now has its own pot!
