Hello, I received a membership from you today and printed your "string of pearls articulating plant" model, but I am having a hard time separating a single segment plant model. Do you have a chance to upload single files instead of nested?

Click the object in your slicer, then right click > Split > to objects. Then you can print a single segment

If you are able to split the single strand into parts, you can separate it into 5 individual pieces. It worked for me in Prusa Slicer

What pot did you use?

It is a standard plant pot about 4 inch diameter, but there is also a printable one in the files!

I am newly into printing, and I was so happy to find your files. I did the suggested settings to print the base, and used the same filament that you have shown. What I found was that the filament was extremely hard to remove off the build plate, and I used my creality plate that came with my printer. Also, unless I need to adjust settings more, the top “nubs” on the base cracked off when I was removing from the build plate. almost like they were too brittle. Any advice would be appreciated. Ty!

For this model, use a scraper to remove the pieces from the build plate to avoid snapping!

That should help a lot (:

Any tips for getting the part to articulate? I followed the recommended print parameters and am using PLA+ but the part is static. If I try to slightly articulate the "string" or loosen the "pearl" from the socket, it breaks.

If your printer tolerances are not good enough, you can print the segments individually and then snap them together!
