These models function as a 3D printable replacement to the shell on Dillon Precision's Early Warning System.

Bill Of Materials You'll need 4 M4 Tapered Brass Heat Set inserts. Scavenging the old inserts from the broken shell will probably work too. 4M4x20mm Button Head screws. If you scavenged the inserts from the old case, use the original screws.

Print Settings: Layer Height .2mm Supports are required for the lever arm

Material Considerations. Virtually anything is better than the cottage cheese the original shells were made from. PLA works fine.

Want to make a new alarm? You'll need a switch that dimensionally matches a Cherry D42LR1AA 3A 125/250VAC microswitch configured to be normally open, a 1.5v buzzer, and a spring battery contact. Solder the red leg of the buzzer to the switch output and the black leg to the battery contact. You'll need to clip the normally closed contact if your switch has one. The normally open contact will need to be bent ~45 degrees to fit in the shell. Place the components in the shell and put a AAA battery in. One of the Switch legs acts as the positive battery terminal.
