Hello! I know you want to protect the project's property by not uploading the source code to the software, but would it be possible to include the fusion project file so others could make quick modifications, or different attachments?
Pretty much like the idea, will try to add it into home assistant with esphome as a voice assistant 😊 will be a lot more fun with esphome software to control the faces with it (e.g. show weather with smiles or crying). also allows to bring up notifications. Thanks for this great inspiration.
The prints went really good. printed all 3 and they will get good places around the house.

The instruction PDF contains the link to the exact screen you need, with all the hardware pre attached. No need to wire anything yourself, it's just plug and play.🙌🏼

It would be nice to add holes where the microphones are to use for a voice assistant. Would be great to combine your eye expressions with Xiaozhi AI (https://github.com/78/xiaozhi-esp32) which supports the same Waveshare board. Is it possible to get the gifs for your eye expressions?
When you download you get a zip file with the 3d files and another zip file in there. If you open that zip file you'll see Sprout and Orbit folders, and in there you can find the software folders with the bin files.
Hello! Perform the procedure in the program guide and finish step number 7 but it does not turn on, and I try to connect it to the PC and my device does not connect. Help!
After flashing it shoudl be turned off completely and turned back on again, you do this by holding the power for at leasy 6 seconds, to turn it off, and then turn it on again.
If this doesn't seem to work, you can always unplug the battery, and flash it just over usb C, that should be more straight forward in terms of power.
It looks great, though having two issues with it...
The button-pins are too short, they do not reach the button of the screen/pcb.
And the battery wont charge. Does the battery need to be connected during flashing? I think battery is fully empty but it does not indicate to be charging, no percentage, nothing... What info would I have to see and is this a common problem?

so i have now went through two of esp32 i followed the link from amazon both of them had a case on it with the screen glued to it when i tried to remove the screen from the case both of the screens crack or end up damaged i was as careful as possible trying to remove them. How can i remove them without them breaking?

It’s basically a switch that lets the user swipe through the emotions manually.
I added it recently after a dad suggested it could help his son choose and show how he’s feeling more easily

Bonjour, je viens de télécharger les fichiers "bin" dans le "Waveshare ESP32-S3 1.75inch AMOLED", l'effacement et le chargement c'est bien passé par contre j'ai débranché le cable USBC puis rebranché, j'ai toujours un écran noir et pas de son. Je ne sais pas d'ou vient le problème.
Ok, autant pour moi, étant novice dans la programation des ESP32 je n'ai pas suivis complétement la doc joint. Je n'avais pas modifié les chiffres dans les onglets à gauche dans la page de programmation. Maintenant ça marche, il ne manque plus que des capteurs pour motiver le robot :)

what speaker do you need

There's a battery icon visible in the settings screen, maybe your battery is connected wrong or completely drained?
Flashing with or without battery doesn't make a difference.
And in terms of the pins, I haven't heard this before, what printer do you use? You could always extend them a little in the slicer if needed.
When I downloaded the Deskimon file on 8-February, I found that the Orbit_F_10000.bin and the Sprout_F_10000.bin files are of diffferent sizes.

You flash the character you want to use! Different sizes could be due to slight variations in the files, it's not a problem.

The hole is there to make it modular with all accessories availaible and to come in the future for the Deskimon

It's a screen with esp32 and a lot more components build in.
