SAKUMI | lamps (100% vase-mode)
I wanted to create a lamp where both the shade and the base can be printed in vase mode.
The tricky part? Giving the shade a sense of volume with just a single 0.8 mm wall — subtle inward and outward curves that make it feel alive.
The result is the SAKUMI collection, compatible with both E14 and E26/27 cords.
So far there are 2 lamps in the collection:
- SAKUMI table lamp — the original
- SAKU[MINI] table lamp — designed for small printers.
As you turn the lamp on, light bleeds through holes at the bottom of the shade into vertical channels on the base, highlighting them beautifully.
